The Orchard used EAGLE ROOFING PRODUCTS for all roofs. If any roof repairs are required, please note: All mudding to be natural, not tinted. All barrel bird stops to be black. Eagle Roofing has a website at www.eagleroofing.com.

VISTA PAINT was the paint used for all exterior painting at The Orchard.

When planning on repainting the outside of your house, please find your paint palette as follows:

1. Review the SCHEDULE OF FLOORPLANS AND COLOR SCHEMES online or download the .xls file to your computer (requires Microsoft Excel to read). Find your home address and then note your plan elevation and color scheme.

2. View your specific plan elevation to view how the different colors are used on your model.

3. View the color scheme chart to note the paint numbers by area of your house (stucco, fascia, etc.) Please note that there are 9 separate color schemes and they are located in one of three separate documents, as follows:

Color Chart C (color schemes C7, C8, C9)

Note: All trim detail must be wrapped and returned as required to an inside corner.

Note: All utility and service doors, vents, gutters, downspouts, flashings, meter boxes, drip edges, etc. are to be painted to match adjacent surface unless otherwise specifically called out on scheme or elevation sheets.

However, you may choose any painter you wish, as long as you adhere to the paint palette for your address. Before repainting the outside of your house, please refer to these specifications.

Please note that any deviation from the specified pallet for your specific house will need prior approval of the HOA board.

Disclaimer:
Please do a sample mock up before you paint the entire house, to be sure you have the right color palette. Given the intense sun bleaching in the desert, the new paint will more than likely vary greatly from the existing paint. Also, there is the possibility that the paint formula could be mixed incorrectly. Always paint a large enough mock up to determine that the paint you are using provides the expected result.
