Our goal is to develop a sense of 'Community' through the promotion of common interests, preserving the aesthetics of the neighborhood, enhancing the value of our property, and maintaining a high quality of life within The Orchard Estates. We believe in and promote our community's core values, and encourage residents to attend regular monthly HOA meetings if they need additional information or have suggestions.

All Board members volunteer their time and services. Activities of the Board include conducting Board meetings and community business, recommending improvements to the community, and regulating our CC&R's along with architectural and landscape standards and design. We are also instrumental in providing community information and 'welcome baskets' to new homeowners, placement of holiday decorations at The Orchard entry, working with the City of Indio to include active participation in the Neighborhood Watch program, property patrol, and street safety and signage. We also interact with our property management company on behalf of all homeowners in the community.
The Board has recently initiated an active maintenance program for properties currently undergoing ownership transition. This program coordinates with the City of Indio and includes regular monitoring of vacant residences, including front yard maintenance. This program is designed to protect our community property values while safeguarding home values for each Orchard Estates homeowner.
